The German coach wins the award after four wins from four in his first month in charge of FC Barcelona.

Hans Dieter Flick has been chosen LALIGA EA SPORTS Coach of the Month for August, awarded to him in collaboration with Microsoft.

FC Barcelona have completed a perfect start to the season and currently sit leaders of the competition with four wins from four.

The 'blaugranas' won two games at home, against Athletic Club (2-1) and Real Valladolid (7-0), as well as two away at Mestalla (1-2) and Vallecas (1-2).

Flick's LALIGA EA SPORTS debut in spectacular form wins him his first Coach of the Month in the voting ahead of Marcelino García Toral (Villarreal CF) y Luis García Plaza (Deportivo Alavés).
