DGIS captures two terrorists in Nineveh

The Directorate General of Intelligence and Security (DGIS), affiliated with the Ministry of Defense, announced on Friday, the capture of a terrorist in Nineveh Governorate.
 
A statement by the ministry received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "under the direction and supervision of the Minister of Defense Thabet Al-Abbasi and within the framework of continuing to implement qualitative operations by the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security, the detachments of the Special Intelligence Missions Cell affiliated with the directorate were able to arrest one of the elements of the terrorist ISIS gangs, against whom an arrest warrant was issued in accordance with Article (1/4) of Terrorism."
 
The statement added that "the terrorist was working within the so-called Al-Khansa Battalion affiliated with the so-called Nineveh Province, and was responsible for managing women's prison affairs indicating that "the arrest operation took place in Nineveh Governorate in coordination with the Umm Al-Rubain Counter-Terrorism Division."
