Salah al-Din Criminal Court issues a terrorist sentenced to death for Belonging to ISIS Terrorist Gangs

    Salah al-Din Criminal Court issued, on Tuesday, a death sentence against a terrorist criminal for the crime of belonging to ISIS terrorist gangs.


    Media Office of the Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the terrorist participated with other defendants in the kidnapping and murder of two citizens, supplying terrorist elements with food, in addition to the attack on the Iraqi army in the Uwaynat village".

     

    "The sentence was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article II / 1, 3, 5 and 8 and with the indication of Article IV/ 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005", the statement added.
