The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency (FIIA), which is dedicated to battling organized crime, declared on Thuresday the seizure of an artifact and the apprehension of those who obtained it.
"The detachments of the Agency specialized in combating organized crime with a joint duty in the provinces of Anbar and Nineveh, seized an artifact dating back to ancient historical times and arrested the two defendants who obtained it," reads a statement from (FIIA) that was obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"After the defendants were investigated and found to have possessed the artifact with the intention of trading it," the statement went on, adding that "they were referred to the competent judicial authorities to receive their just punishment."
