Units from the Salahaldin, Kirkuk, West Nineveh, Anbar, East Salahaldin, and Diyala commands are participating, guided by precise intelligence and supported by air force and army aviation.
"Our strategy focuses on maintaining pressure on defeated ISIS elements and preventing their resurgence in complex terrain,” the statement continued. “This operation reaffirms our commitment to eradicating terrorist threats."
Initial outcomes include the destruction of multiple terrorist hideouts and the seizure of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and logistical supplies, underscoring the operation’s effectiveness.
