Dhi Qar Criminal Court: life imprisonment for a terrorist who participated in Alexandria market bombing

Dhi Qar Criminal Court issued, on Sunday, life imprisonment sentences against a terrorist criminal belonging to terrorist gangs who brought a suicide bomber to Alexandria market in Babylon governorate.
The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "The terrorist operation was targeting the security forces, which managed to kill the suicide bomber before he blew himself up".
" The sentence was issued based on the provisions of Article II 1/ 3/ 7 by reference to Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005 and by reference to the provisions of Article 132/1 of the Penal Code" the statement added .
