"We have no choice but to move forward with drawing the map for world peace, in fulfillment of the principles of human rights and divine laws, all of which reject all forms of abhorrent extremism," he noted, adding, "Iraqis have come together as a people and all types of armed forces, including the army, the federal police, and the Popular Mobilization Forces (which is a national institution), along with the Peshmerga, the tribes, and all the people of Iraq, as they all stood and made sacrifices in order for us to reach a state of stability and sustainable security."

Al-Araji stressed, “The victories achieved in 2017 over terrorism and the defeat of the terrorist organization Daesh were followed by government plans for reconstruction, programs for community peace, the voluntary return of IDPs, and the consolidation of the principles of democracy, freedom, and protection.”

Otherwise, there will be no security or stability without justice for the Palestinian people in their independent, sovereign state."

He pointed out, "The Iraqi government announced its clear and frank position of condemnation of the violation of Iraqi sovereignty, the killing of Iraqi citizens, and the targeting of national state institutions. Iraq also refuses to let its lands be an arena for settling scores."

"Iraq does not pose a threat to any country, and at the same time wants to be distant from any conflicts, as everyone must help in this direction," he highlighted, adding, “Iraq reiterates its emphasis on establishing the best relations with friendly countries, especially neighboring countries and brotherly countries, in accordance with common interests and mutual respect for sovereignty, partnership, and cooperation in promoting world peace.”
