Abdul Mahdi: popular mobilization the historic achievement of Iraq

An official statement reveals the discussion of the evacuation of cities from the armed forces . Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi said on Monday that establishment of the popular mobilization is a historical achievement for Iraq and must be preserved. He stressed that the popular mobilization is a great fact that can not be bypassed and an official force subject to the law, which is subordinate to the commander-in-chief. It is the duty of government to support and preserve its existence. He pointed out that the fatwa of holy jihad for the supreme religious reference has turned all the scales and that the entry popular mobilization in the battle gave a psychological dimension and a faith that did not exist, which helped all security forces and changing the equation of withdrawal and defeat to victory. Abdul Mahdi said: We will work hard to get the popular mobilization the full rights, pointing out that the martyrs must be honored them. During the meeting, they discussed the evacuation the cities from the armed forces except those entrusted with maintaining security, and stressed the cooperation of the mobilization institutions in achieving this goal.
