The Saudi News Agency (SPA) reported that “Putin was received in the Royal Lounge at King Khalid International Airport by the Emir of the Riyadh Region, Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, the National Security Advisor, Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban (accompanying minister), and Emir Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Secretary of the Riyadh Region, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Russian Federation, Abdul Rahman bin Sulaiman Al-Ahmad, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom Sergei Kozolov, the Acting Director of the Riyadh Region Police, Major General Mansour bin Nasser Al-Otaibi, and the Undersecretary of Royal Protocol Fahd Al-Saheel.
