Al-Wasat Refineries Company announced today, Saturday, work on a project to link all the company’s departments with a single information system in preparation for linking it to the government e-governance project.
Deputy Director General of Al-Wasat Refineries, Ahmed Jumaa, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “The goal of this project is to shorten all work-related procedures and completely transform them from paper to electronic,” pointing out that “the company is proceeding with the (ERP) project, which It makes the work integrated electronically and everything is accomplished with (the push of a button), which will be implemented gradually.”.
He added, "The project is being completed with self-effort by the company's programmers, which will specifically link the administrative departments, which include finance, human resources, relations, and training departments, with a single information system."
