Baghdad Operations Command-BOC clarified on Tuesday the details of its plan for the holy month of Muharram, while noting that it does not include any road cuts.
BOC Deputy Commander for Internal Affairs, Major General Malik Abdul-Ridha Al-Maliki, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that " Baghdad Operations Command has prepared a detailed plan for the holy month of Muharram," noting that "the plan is tactical and intelligence one, and there are no roadblocks."
He added that "All the mosques and Husseiniyas have been secured”.
