    Three people were killed after a missile hit an apartment block in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, its mayor said on Thursday.

    "Three dead already," Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi wrote on Telegram after a missile strike hundreds of kilometres from frontline fighting between Ukranian and Russian troops.
