UKR downs Russian Kinzhal-type ballistic missile

The Ukrainian Air Force announced that it had managed to shoot down 12 Russian missiles, including 6 "Kinzhal" hypersonic missiles, while the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said that Russia had launched the heaviest bombing of Kiev in weeks.

According to the local administration of the city of Kiev, the Ukrainian air defenses shot down 12 missiles and two drones over Kiev, noting that the Russians used ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and drones at the same time.

The local administration in Kiev said that it had shot down: 6 "Kinzhal" hypersonic missiles, 6 Caliber cruise missiles, and two reconnaissance drones.

No information has been received so far about injuries or damage, while the local administration of Kiev has not ruled out the possibility of repeating the missile attacks.
