The Ministry of Oil announced the signing of the Iraqi Drilling Company today, Tuesday, a partnership contract and a joint submission agreement with the American company ADS.
The media office of Oil Ministry stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the contract includes providing support for the implementation of drilling and reclamation projects in a turnkey manner, the transfer of expertise and modern technology, the introduction of modern and advanced systems and work programs, and the upgrading of the oil services sector in order to keep pace with the industrial and technological development in the oil industry sector, in addition to training and developing technical and engineering cadres.
"This contract comes within the Ministry's plans to achieve partnership and exchange experience with sober international companies." According to the statement.
