Al-Maliki , Sheikh Khazali discuss joint work to advance the service and economic reality

The head of the State of Law Coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, and Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, the Secretary-General of Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq Movement (League of the Righteous) discussed on Monday, joint action to advance the service and economic reality.

Al-Maliki's media office said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the head of the State of Law Coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, received in his office today the Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, the Secretary-General of Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq Movement (League of the Righteous)."

The statement added, "During the meeting, developments in the current political situation and local and regional security developments were discussed, and the need for cooperation, coordination of efforts, and joint action to advance the service and economic reality to meet the aspirations of the Iraqi people was emphasized."
