Thwarting an attempt to infiltrate 14 foreigners across the border

The Ministry of the Interior announced today, Monday, that it had thwarted an attempt to infiltrate 14 foreigners across the border.
 
The ministry said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "in completing of the continuous security achievements in fully securing the border strip, the first regiment of the Tenth Border Brigade within the Third Region Border Command managed to arrest (14) foreigners who tried to infiltrate illegally." ".
 
The ministry added, "The accused were referred to the competent authorities to complete the legal and investigative procedures against them."
