Babylon Festival of Cultures and Arts 10th edition kicked off on Monday, where 80 Arab and foreign personalities participated.
"Province of Babil hosted the launching of the activities of the Babylon Festival for Arab Cultures and Arts in its 10th edition," said INA correspondent.
He added that the festival was attended by a large number of Arab and foreign intellectuals, in addition to 80 well-known Iraqi, Arab and foreign personalities.
