The Ministry of Foreign Affairs-MOFA confirmed on Saturday, that it is coordinating with a number of countries to evacuate Iraqis from Sudan.
MOFA spokesman said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is coordinating with a number of brotherly countries for the safe evacuation of Iraqi nationals in Sudan."
Earlier, on Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that it is prioritizing the response to the Iraqi community in Sudan.
It is to be mentioned that, Sudan is witnessing large-scale clashes between the army and the Rapid Support Forces in separate areas, most of which are concentrated in the capital, Khartoum, and the northern state.
