Iraq condemns the act of the Israeli occupation packs storming Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds Al-Sharif

The people and the government of Iraq reject the act of the Israeli occupation packs storming Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds Al-Sharif, the heart of occupied Palestine, last night, and the barbaric and savage attack on unarmed worshipers performing their prayers and celebrating the blessed nights of Ramadan.

The Iraqi government calls on the international community to stop these vile acts that do not have any respect for faith, mosque sanctity, and innocent people. International organizations must have a clear stance on these blatant violations and retaliation against the brotherly Palestinian people. Aggression does not undermine rights; instead, it fortifies and highlights them.

Iraq has always affirmed its support for the Palestinians' right to a free, dignified state and their sacred right to self-determination.
