Al-Sudani stresses importance of Health Insurance Law and the government's keenness to implement it

Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani stressed on Wednesday the importance of the health insurance law and the government's keenness to implement it.
 
The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani followed up on the registration mechanisms on the form for health insurance launched by the Ministry of Health."
 
It added, "Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani registered in the electronic form, and the card of health insurance was organized for him and for a number of ministers, in a step to motivate all citizens to register in the electronic health insurance form."
Al-Sudani pointed to "the importance of the health insurance law and the government's keenness to implement it at the beginning of this year, which is part of the government's reforms in the health sector."
 
The Prime Minister urged "all citizens to expedite registration on the electronic form launched by the ministry, for the implementation of the Health Insurance Law, which aims to support citizens in obtaining services and health care in government medical institutions, with their public and private sectors and at prices subsidized by the state."
