SCGFS announces high rates of liquid gas production

The State Company for Gas Filling and Services SCGFS at the Ministry of Oil confirmed on Wednesday that the daily production rates of liquid gas have risen to 6,800 tons, while pointing to the export of large quantities of surplus liquid gas to global markets.
 
The general director of the company, Anmar Ali Hussein, said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The national effort succeeded in raising the production capacity of liquid gas bottles to (158 million) bottles annually, an increase of (9 million) bottles over the production of 2021."

"The production of government and private factories covers local consumption, with a large surplus in warehouses and yards selling liquid gas," he said.
 
He pointed to "the company's adoption of the method of direct sales to citizens in densely populated areas and at the official price."
 
"Large quantities of surplus national production of liquid gas are exported to global markets," he said.
