Al-Mandalawi receives President of the Sunni Endowment Diwan,

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, affirmed on Sunday, that the religious endowments have a great responsibility in spreading the spirit of brotherhood and correcting extremist and wrong ideas.

The media office of the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament stated, in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Al-Mandalawi received in his office the President of the Sunni Endowment Diwan, Mishaan Al-Khazraji, in the presence of the head and members of the Endowments and Clans Committee and a number of MPs."

The statement added, "Al-Mandalawi called for increasing interest in religious tourism facilities, which characterize the country, investing them properly, and benefiting from the successful experiences of some countries in this regard."
