Abdullah stresses the need to protect the rights of all components

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed, today, Saturday, congratulated the Iraqi people on the occasion of the advent of the new Gregorian year, while stressing the need to protect the rights of all components.

His media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "With noble feelings, the Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed, blessed the sons of our honorable people with all its components, spectra, and original diversity, and our people in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, on the occasion of the advent of the new Gregorian year 2023.".

The Vice President, according to the statement, expressed his wishes that the Almighty God bestow abundant goodness and blessings on our country, while stressing the need to implement the constitution and the laws in force to achieve justice, and protect the rights of all components of the people in order to secure stability, prosperity, sustainable development, a better future and a bright future for our dear homeland.
