Meloni: A strong Iraq secures prosperity in the Middle East

    Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni confirmed today, Friday, that there is no prosperity in the Middle East without a strong Iraq.

     "There can be no prosperity in the Middle East without a strong Iraq," Meloni said during her reception ceremony by Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani.

     She indicated that she "considers the Iraqi government's announcement of the 25th as an official holiday as a sign of its respect for the Christian community."
