GCC affirms its firm decisions towards Iraq

    The Gulf Cooperation Council affirmed, today, Friday, its firm positions and decisions towards Iraq.

    The final statement of the Gulf Cooperation Council in its (43rd) session stated that "its positions and decisions are firm towards brotherly Iraq, support existing efforts to combat terrorism and achieve security and stability in Iraq," stressing "the importance of preserving the integrity and territorial integrity of Iraq, its full sovereignty, its Arab-Islamic identity and its social fabric." And his national unity, and his support to confront terrorist groups and armed militias in order to consecrate the sovereignty of the state and enforce the law.
