Daesh logistic support chief arrested in Nineveh: SMC

A statement by the Security Media Cell (SMC) said in a on Wednesday, and received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that, “the Special Intelligence Missions Cell carried out an operation in Nineveh province, which resulted in the arrest of a member of the terrorist Daesh  gangs against whom a judicial warrant was issued in accordance with Article (1/4 terrorism)," explaining  that "the terrorist was the bodyguard of the official of southern Nineveh, before the liberation operations and is currently considered the chief for logistic support and transportation of cells to the south of Nineveh Governorate.
 
SMC added that the operation was carried out based on based on accurate intelligence information through coordination with the Nineveh Intelligence and Security Directorate," adding that “the terrorist was handed over to the requesting party in a fundamental manner."
