The President of the Republic, Abdullatif Jamal Rashid, affirmed, on Wednesday, Iraq's eagerness to boost brotherhood and cooperation ties with Jordan.
"President of the Republic, Abdullatif Jamal Rashid, met in the Algerian capital, the Crown Prince of of Jordan, His Highness Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah, who conveyed the greetings and wishes of His Majesty King Abdullah II to His Excellency, success , and to the Iraqi people all the best and progress," A statement by the Presidency of the Republic, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said.
The President of the Republic valued the fraternal greetings to the Jordanian King.
"Iraq's keenness to strengthen the ties of brotherhood and cooperation between the two countries," the statement added.
