Iraq is getting ready to witness a partial solar eclipse tomorrow’s Tuesday.
Ministry of Health - MOH spokesman Saif Al-Badr warned against looking directly at the solar eclipse tomorrow.
"MOH warns citizens against looking directly at the sun during the eclipse period tomorrow," said Al-Badr to the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
He highlighted, "The ministry recommends citizens not to use glasses, sunglasses, welding glasses, radial chips, and ordinary filters in order to preserve the safety of their eyes, because the eclipse affects them, so the use of eclipse special glasses is the recommended one."
The partial solar eclipse, according to specialists, is expected to start in Baghdad after 13:00 and go on until 15:30 BGD timing.
