On International Literacy Day, PM stresses the importance of equal opportunities in education

    Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi stressed, today, Thursday, the importance of equal opportunities in education and the acquisition of knowledge.

    Al-Kadhimi said in a tweet followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "On the International Literacy Day, we stress the importance of equal opportunities in education and the acquisition of knowledge throughout our beloved country, the source of stationery and pen."

    He added, "The issue of literacy is an essential component of our goals towards sustainable development for all age groups."
