Mayor of the city of Sevastopol in the Russian Crimea, Mikhail Razvogaev, confirmed today, Sunday, that the city’s air defenses shot down a Ukrainian drone that approached the skies of the Khersones Gulf adjacent to Sevastopol.
"The Sevastopol air defenses shot down a drone over the sea near the Gulf of Khersones, and the situation is completely under control," Razvogaev said via "Telegram."
It is noteworthy that the Kyiv forces have recently intensified their attempts to strike Crimea with drones, while the Russian defenses are confronting it, and these attempts have so far not resulted in any human losses.
