Two terrorists arrested in Anbar

The Security Media Cell announced the arrest of two terrorists and the seizure of explosive devices in Anbar Governorate.

The cell stated in a statement, that "in separate operations carried out according to accurate intelligence information of the Intelligence Division of the Tenth Division and in cooperation with the 39th and 40th Infantry Brigades and the Division's Reconnaissance Brigade, two terrorists were arrested, one of whom is in al-Jarashi check point in Ramadi, and he is among those listed in the database because he is wanted by one of the security services under a judicial arrest warrant in accordance with Article 4 of terrorism.”

The cell added, "The other is in Dawaya area in the Garma district, and he is also wanted by the judiciary, according to the same article."

The cell continued, "The force also managed to seize 10 explosive devices of different types in Shihabi area in Garma district of Anbar," stressing that "the terrorists were handed over to the requesting authorities, while the engineering processing units took charge of lifting the explosive devices and detonating them on site."
