Guterres calling for an active US-China dialogue

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for an active dialogue between China and the United States.
"It is impossible to solve the world's most pressing problems such as global warming without effective dialogue between China and the United States," Stephane Dujarric, spokesman for the United Nations Secretary-General, quoted Guterres as saying at a press conference.
This comes in response to Beijing's decision to suspend its cooperation with Washington in a number of files, including the fight against climate change.
