She added, "There are 13 million women of working age, of whom only one million work, and 70% of them are educated in the government sector, and the number of women working in the private sector does not exceed 300,000, which is a dangerous indicator that everyone should pay attention to and try to understand the reasons for this." Reluctance of women to enter the labor market.

She pointed out that "as a result of difficult economic conditions, it is no longer enough for one person in the family to work, so it is necessary to understand the reasons for women's reluctance to work, and thus solve problems and challenges, in addition to the unemployment of young unemployed graduates only because they are waiting to work in the government sector, so The reasons for the reluctance of young people to work in the private sector must also be known.”.

She stressed, "the need for there to be investments that inject and create job opportunities in the private sector, in order for young people to enter the labor market."
