SMC: A joint force begins a security operation between Baghdad and Diyala

    The Security Media Cell announced today, Saturday, the launch of a joint security operation between Baghdad and Diyala.

    A statement by the cell received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the security units continue their operations under the supervision of the Joint Operations Command," noting that "a joint force with air support from the Army Aviation Command has embarked on a duty to inspect the borders separating the two commands of Baghdad operations and Diyala operations."
