Baghdad International Airport decided on Monday to suspend flights due to the dust storm.
The Airport media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "The Airport Administration issued a notice to travelers and airlines operating at the airport to stop air traffic for today."
"The decision came due to weather conditions and the level of visibility which reached to 400 meters," The statement added.
