The National Security Council discusses environmental challenges

The National Security Council discussed today, Tuesday, the environmental problems and challenges facing Iraq.
The National Security Adviser stated in a statement “The Council of National Security held today, the eleventh session of 2022, headed by National Security Adviser Qasim Al -Araji, in the presence of the members of the Council, and the council discussed the topics on its agenda, decisions that must be taken and the necessary recommendations mentioned. "
 
The Minister of Environment pointed out, according to the statement, in the report that the Ministry prepared to "the most important problems and challenges facing Iraq in the context of facing this important file," noting that "the ministry, in coordination with the relevant authorities, is continuing to implement its plans to confront this catastrophe, but the need exists to concerted efforts and giving the file the maximum importance that is appropriate for this challenge."
