BAGHDAD-INA
Ministry of Health issued Thursday a clarification regarding the work of hospitals, while noting that all hospitals provide services to patients.
The ministry stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the past years have demonstrated the seriousness of the efforts of the Ministry of Health and its continuous endeavor to provide the best possible health services to citizens despite the challenges of the Corona pandemic crisis and in the most difficult financial conditions and security challenges."
It pointed out that "our hospitals constantly bring in the best foreign teams to perform qualitative and complicated medical interventions, as is happening now by bringing in international teams for transplanting corneas and other complicated surgeries, as well as teams for treating cancerous tumors, heart operations and others to ensure maintaining the quality of health services and continuing training programs for our medical staff and national health.
