JOC issues directives to enhance security work performance

The Joint Operations Command issued on Wednesday directives to the Security Media Cell to enhance the level of media and security work.
 
"The deputy commander of joint operations command, Lt. Gen. Abdul Amir al-Shammari, chaired a meeting of the Security Media Cell to discuss the overall work and review the plans and tasks that the cell is carrying out in order to deliver news and activities related to the work of the security forces," said a statement from SMC, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
"Al-Shammari has made many recommendations that related to raise the level of work in the media and security," the statement said.
 
"Strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Cell and all the security services, constant communication with journalists, facilitating their work, and answering their questions and inquiries were also discussed," the statement added.
 
"The meeting discussed many topics related to the development of the work of SMC, especially in technical aspects," it said.
