30 terrorists were killed within 10 days in Iraq

    Today, Thursday, the Army Staff Operations Command announced the killing of 30 terrorists through air strikes and operations within 10 days and is working to establish a second front line behind the border to prevent infiltration once and for all.

    The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army for Operations, Lieutenant-General Qais Khalaf Rahima, said in a statement distributed to the media, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "more than (30) terrorists were killed during the last ten days in retaliation for the souls of the heroic martyrs," stressing that " Operations are still going on.".

    Rahima added, "Qualitative operations are continuing to pursue the terrorist, and more than 60 terrorists have been killed in a month and a half," noting that "the army's aviation and the air force had a major role."
    He continued, "We are working to strengthen the capabilities of the Iraqi army, and the units were equipped with (200) night vision devices yesterday, which are mounted on all weapons, and a qualitative leap will occur in the pursuit of ISIS."
    He stressed, "There is great work on the Iraqi-Syrian border to prevent any attempts to infiltrate terrorists," adding, "We have come a long way and are working to establish a second detour behind the border to prevent infiltration once and for all."
    The spokesman for the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, announced earlier today, Thursday, the killing of 3 terrorists, one of whom was wearing an explosive belt, in a security operation in Hawi al-Azeem.
