SMC: 3 terrorists hideouts are destroyed in Diyala

INA – BAGHDAD

Security Media Cell – SMC announced on Wednesday, the destruction of 3 terrorist hideouts in Diyala as well as discovering ammunition and weapons.

"The security units within Diyala Operations Command sector, according to accurate intelligence information and during the operation that started this morning, were able to find three terrorist hideouts that contained a number of explosive devices and mortar bombs, 9 spg9 missiles, 5 missile refill, gaskets filled with C4, detonating rulers, grenades, various ammunitions, water tank, mattresses, covers, cooking utensils and other items,” said SMC in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

The statement included that, "these hideouts were dealt with and destroyed by the security forces executing the duty, and other seized materials were kept,"
