The chairman of the UAE Federal National Council, Saqr Ghabash, congratulated Parliament Speaker Mohammed Al-Halbousi on his re-election as Speaker of the House of Representatives in its fifth course.
A statement by the Media Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, said that "the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, received a phone call from the Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council, Saqr Ghabash, to congratulate him on his re-election as Speaker of the House of Representatives in its fifth course."

We seize this opportunity to emphasize the strength of the brotherly relations between our two countries, and our keenness in the Federal National Council to move forward with everything that would strengthen the close ties and enhance the existing sincere cooperation between our two councils, and push it to broader prospects, for the good of the two brotherly peoples and to contribute to serving the issues of the Arab and Islamic nation.
