The Iraqi animation film (the Last Call... Satan's Den) ranked first in the world out of 200 films participating in the Think Short Film competition.
The director of the work, Mohammad Saleem, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) today, Wednesday: "The film discussed the growth of injustice in various eras, as two different times were mixed and merged in the modern era."
"The story also discussed the race of human beings in the struggle for life through their rivalry from the first period of their emergence to the hour of death," Saleem added.
Saleem affirmed that “The film highlighted local events that occurred during 2021."
Regarding the reason for calling the film The Last Call... Satan's Den, the director of the film indicated that all the disasters in the world are a call from God to the humans in order to coexist in peace, and that failure to respond is the beginning of a new world that will be a den for Satan.
