NSS: Investigations into Jabla incident are ongoing

The National Security Service announced Sunday that investigations into the Jabala incident in Babylon are ongoing.
 
"Investigations are still under way and under the supervision of the judicial authorities on the Incident in Jabla district in Babylon province, that some statements and news regarding the actions taken against some people are untrue," said a national security statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
"The only party authorized to make the statement is the Directorate of Relations and media of the National Security Service," he said, calling on "the media to take information from their reliable sources only."
