The High Security Committee for Elections on Saturday an explanation of the news about the change of security staff and the place allocated for collecting boxes, while noting the completion of preparations for tomorrow's elections.
"The news circulating about changing the security staff and the place for collecting boxes is incorrect," said Brig. Gen. Ghaleb al-Attiyah, spokesman for the committee, adding that "the security committee has worked for many months to prepare logistics for the warehouses, install cameras, securely fortify them and choose appropriate locations that are immune from gang intervention or terrorism."
"Months ago, there were some sites that were not secured and changed at that time," he said, pointing out that "committees were formed to explore places and stores, and prepared reports and monitored the shortcomings in those places and dealt with the shortage, and are now fully equipped and protected."
