The dismantling of war remnants in the Najaf desert

The PMF media Directorate, announced on Friday, dismantling the remnants of war and bombing in the desert of Najaf.
The Popular Mobilization Information Directorate stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "a joint force from the second brigade of the Popular Mobilization and the Najaf Governorate Police, carried out a preemptive operation within the responsibility sector of the Najaf desert axis, aimed at securing the desert and the strategic line."
The statement added, "This came after intelligence information was received about the presence of war remnants in the area, as the military engineering of the Second Brigade of the Popular Mobilization began to dismantle a number of them and detonate a number of others, in order to secure the desert and the citizens who live in it."
