Capturing a terrorist carried out attacks against the civilians in Babil

The Security Media Cell announced on Thursday, the arrest of a terrorist who carried out a number of attacks against citizens and planted several IEDs in Babil province.

SMC stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that a force of the Agency of Intelligence and Federal Investigation managed to arrest a terrorist from ISIS gangs who carried out a number of attacks against citizens and planted many IEDs."

SMC added during the statement that, after thorough investigation, he admitted that he belonged to ISIS terrorist gangs and he was working as the commander of the so-called Al-Fateh Al-Mubin Brigade, Al-Bara' sector.
The statement also mentioned that the terrorists is one of the important targets, as he was arrested in the Radwaniyah area, affirming that all the legal measures were taken against him according to the law.
