    The Ministry of Culture announced today, Wednesday, the participation of Minister Hassan Nadhim in the conference on the revival of tourism in Riyadh, which began today.

    The media office of the ministry said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the conference on reviving tourism was launched today in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, with the participation of the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Hassan Nadhim, and the Arab tourism ministers."

    He added, "The conference was held at the joint invitation of the Minister of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization UNWTO ," explaining that "the conference started with a speech by the Saudi Minister of Tourism Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khatib, who welcomed the attendees  ."

    The office confirmed that "the conference program was full of paragraphs and participations that led to the opening session, in which nine leading figures in the tourism sector participated, including the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Hassan Nadhim, and headed by the Saudi Minister and Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization, as well as the ministers of a number of countries, including Jordan, Greece, Egypt and Morocco. And others, the South African Minister of Tourism also participated on the screen in a working session. "
