Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Naim Al-Ghazi, confirmed today, Sunday, that the government is moving towards a true partnership with China.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Naeem Al-Ghazi, discussed with the Chinese Ambassador Zhang Tao the procedures for Chinese companies to establish (1000) schools throughout the provinces."
Al-Ghazi added, during his meeting with the Chinese ambassador in Baghdad, that "the Iraqi government is moving in the direction of true partnership with China to contribute to the reconstruction campaign in Iraq, due to its good reputation, speed of delivery and modern technology," stressing the need for the offers presented to be acceptable and appropriate from the technical and financial points of view, and to be delivered to the Iraqi side as soon as possible. "
