Minister of Health and Environment Hassan Al-Tamimi clarified Iraq's vision on the issue of climate change and its effects with various economic, environmental and health sectors during his participation in the regional climate change dialogue meetings in Abu Dhabi.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Health media received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "Al-Tamimi headed the Iraqi delegation to the regional dialogue meetings on climate change in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of environment ministers from various Arab countries, and in the presence of the US Presidential Envoy for Climate Affairs, John Kerry."
He added, "Al-Tamimi showed the importance of using renewable energy to preserve the environment," explaining Iraq's vision in the issue of climate change and its effects with various economic, environmental and health sectors.
