Thousands of people marched in the German city of Stuttgart to protest against the restrictions on containing the Corona virus .
Protesters carried banners reading "No pandemic" and "Vaccine kills ."
Only a few of the participants observed social distancing or wearing masks as required by the authorities, but the police allowed the demonstration to continue .
Chief of Police Operations Karsten Hofler said that "while violations of the rules are being pursued and the perpetrators punished, we will not take harsh measures against the participants in a completely peaceful manner ."
Police said that "several thousand demonstrators participated in the demonstration ."
